Project Scope and Timeline:

• Zoe Powell Designs will create a comprehensive design proposal tailored to the Client's needs.

• The Client will have a Trello board as their client portal to provide necessary documents.

• Work will commence upon receipt of the first payment.

• Projects should take between 3-8 weeks to complete, with reasonable efforts made to meet agreed timelines.

• If the Client does not provide required information, Zoe Powell Designs will proceed with stock images and basic copywriting for the Studio packages, if using the 1, 2 or 3 Editor page package the areas will be left blank if no optional extras have been added.

• Wix subscription and domain name purchase are not included in the price.

Payment Terms and Late Payment Policy:

• Payment plans include options for partial payments.

• Payments shall be made in British Pound Sterling GBP £.

• Late payments will incur a late fee.

• Zoe Powell Designs reserves the right to suspend work on the project until outstanding payments are received.

Revisions and Modifications:

• The Client is entitled to 2 revisions included in the initial design phase for Studio packages or 1 on Editor packages unless more are purchased.

• Additional revisions or modifications may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property:

• Upon completion of the project, ownership will be transferred to the Client.

• Zoe Powell Designs retains the rights to advertise and share the website design during and after completion.

Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information disclosed during the project.

​

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation within 14 days of signing is eligible for a partial refund.

• No refunds are issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.

No Contact Clause:

• In case of prolonged lack of communication, work on the project may be temporarily suspended.

​

Termination:

• Either party may terminate this contract by providing written notice to the other party.

​

Limitation of Liability:

• Zoe Powell Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from website use.

​

Governing Law:

• This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

​

Client Responsibilities:

• The Client is responsible for compliance with Wix's terms and conditions.
